LDJ Series Wood Pellet Machine
Suitable For A Variety of Materials
This 850 ring die pellet mill is highly adaptable, easily processing various agricultural and forestry biomass wastes such as sawdust, wood scraps, straw, rice husks, and branches. The equipment has a high tolerance for raw material moisture content, and can normally produce pellets within a normal moisture content range, minimizing clogging and material backflow, effectively reducing raw material waste and rework. One machine is compatible with multiple raw materials, helping customers flexibly utilize local biomass resources and reduce raw material procurement and processing costs.

LDJ Series Wood Pellet Machine
Low Failure Rate & Lower Maintenance Costs
The 850 biomass pellet mill adopts a heavy-duty gear transmission structure, coupled with a circulating oil lubrication and cooling system, resulting in smoother operation and enhanced pressure and wear resistance. The core ring die and pressure roller are made of high-wear-resistant alloy material, extending their service life, strengthening their pressure resistance, and preventing damage during long-term mass production. The equipment has a mature structure, low failure rate, and simple and convenient daily maintenance, significantly reducing downtime for repairs and parts replacement costs, and stably supporting long-term continuous industrial production in factories.
